Validity
These terms and conditions govern Paul Andrew Design (PAD) including performance
relating to the sale and supply of goods to the customer. PAD reserve the
right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time by updating this
text page and the customer is bound by any such modifications or revisions.
2. Contract with Customer
The contract between PAD and the customer comes into existence
upon PAD’s
acceptance of the customers order i.e. when payment has been received. PAD
is entitled to withdraw from contracts in the case of obvious typographical or
arithmetical inaccuracies appearing on PAD’s website.
3. Pricing and Availability
The prices of the goods are those specified on PAD’s
website. The price, as displayed is inclusive of delivery
within mainland UK. Orders are subject to availability. In the unlikely
event that the goods are unavailable, the customer will be notified
by Email. Price
and availability information is subject to change without notice.
4. Delivery of Goods
PAD will deliver the goods ordered to the delivery
/ shipping address supplied by the customer. Availability
permitting, all orders
paid for
by credit or debit
card will be delivered within 7 – 14 days unless otherwise
stated on product information. PAD is entitled to deliver in
part. Despatch of
goods constitutes
fulfilment of contract. Customers are required to sign for the delivery
of the goods. All artworks and design objects are hand gift wrapped
and packaged
with
extreme care.
5. PAD Warranty
If the goods delivered are not what the customer ordered, or
are of incorrect quantity, or are damaged or defective,
PAD
will, if the
customer returns them within 7 days in accordance with PAD’s returns policy, at the
customer’s option either give a full refund or where possible
make good any shortage or non-delivery or replace any damaged or
defective goods.

Return of Goods – 100% money back guarantee…
PAD endeavours to represent artworks as close
as is possible with the highest quality images,
however,
if
for any
reason the
customer is unhappy with their purchase, they can return it to
PAD for an exchange or refund, providing PAD
receives
it within 7 days
from
the date
of its original receipt by the customer. Returned products must
be received by PAD packed in original packaging,
with
all component
parts and in good condition.
The customer bears the cost of returning goods for refund or exchange,
except in the case of faulty damaged or wrongly supplied goods.
PAD
will arrange collection of the goods, the information and a contact
number to organise
collection will be provided with all delivered goods.
7.Governing
Law and Jurisdiction
Contract between PAD and the customer will
be governed by English Law and all disputes will be submitted
to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English
Courts.
8. Intellectual property
All the information, data, text, graphics, links or computer
code published on, contained or available on this website are
the copyright of Paul Wightman. Unauthorised
use of the material including the production, storage, modification,
distribution or republication without the prior written consent
of Paul Wightman. Copyright

they may be.

contact your local customs office for further information.
Additionally,
please not that when ordering from PAD you
are considered the importer of record and must comply with
the laws and regulations
of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
Generally, customs forms for international packages requires
the value and contents to be listed and labeled on the
package.
